Bangladesh Ansar and Village Defense Force has taken a new initiative to empower women, develop skilled human resources and expand employment opportunities in the international labor market. As part of this, the Japanese Language Training (N-5) program is going to start for female members of the force in the fiscal year 2026-2027. It is expected that through this training, an effective platform will be created to increase the language skills of female members, achieve employment abroad and ensure self-reliance.
A total of 90 (ninety) days of Japanese Language Training (N-5) will be conducted from July 5, 2026 to October 2, 2026 under the initiative of Bangladesh Ansar and Village Defense Force. This training will be held at a total of 13 centers in the country. The training centers are—Ansar-VDP Academy, Gazipur; VTC, Nawabganj, Dhaka; and 11 District Commandant Offices: Faridpur, Mymensingh, Rangpur, Thakurgaon, Kushtia, Chittagong, Feni, Naogaon, Habiganj, Chandpur and Cox's Bazar.
A total of 520 trainees, 40 each, will get the opportunity to participate in this training. Interested candidates will have to register and apply through the AVMIS app, subject to fulfilling the prescribed qualifications. Applicants must be between 18 and 27 years of age and must have passed at least SSC or equivalent examination.
The concerned believe that this initiative will play an important role in developing the skills of the country's female members and opening new doors for foreign employment. At the same time, it will be considered a shining example of the pioneering role of Bangladesh Ansar and Village Defense Force in women's economic empowerment, increasing global competitiveness and creating skilled manpower.
